this is totally great photo, you divided the plan correctly, I like the look of window - reminds me those in factories in my city, lit part of wall is also very nice cos of warm color of light. I think you've chose right moment to shoot this :)

In case you are wondering, this was shot in the middle of the night. Pitch black except for some ambient light pollution from New York City and a bright street light right outside.
