Yeah these are placed at locations where a train should start blowing it's horns for a crossing or a station. Usually its because they don't want engineers blowing the horn in certain areas because people living near by complain and such.

But most of the time it's like telling a little kid not to touch the hot stove. They do it anyway.

:giggle: I work with a bunch of kids so I know what you mean. And by kids I mean I'm almost twice their age, the youngest is 16 and the others are in their 20's or close to it. Only one is older than me.
