Ripped!

Thanks to my fellow deviants ~jdawg9806, ~illinoiscentral6070 & ~ZCochrane, I was notified that some of my work had been stolen along with hundreds of other photographers from RailPictures.net. Some of which I know personally, through work or just through the website itself.

These six Flickr accounts are LOADED with some of the best railroad photography on the internet. Problem being that none of it belong to this person. All the accounts are free accounts and are filled to the Flickr 200 for free limit.

I have reported my individual photos and the user him/herself to both Flickr and Railpictures.net and notified my buddy of the rip.

I will continue to update as I find more known stolen work.

Ah, that explains the 200. Since I've always had the paid Flickr account I never new the free account was limited to 200 photos.

Yep. 200 is the max viewable on a free account. Any others are put into "storage" and don't become available until they are deleted or the account is upgraded to a paid account.

I don't think it will go as far as legal action. There is really no way on knowing who this guy/girl is. I do hope that Flickr just removes all 6 accounts ASAP. That would be good enough for me.
